CmmD clusters genes (or patients) across multi-layer biological networks by identifying their community memberships across varying scales. That is exactly the kind of HPC-grade analytics required to process multilayer networks with millions of nodes and edges to reveal disease sub-types or drug-response modules from omics profiles of both common and rare diseases.
CmmD offers a network-centric analytics engine that aligns best with the exascale-genomics trend; GPU/MPI optimisation, containerised workflows and large-cohort validation will unlock industrial adoption for biomarker discovery and patient-stratification services.
