Description:

BioFVM-B can simulate centimetre-scale, multi-time-scale biological micro-environments fast enough to be the basis of patient-specific “human digital twins.” This directly supports data-driven therapy optimisation and in-silico clinical trials by using HPC to model organ-scale diffusion and complementing cellular simulations.

BioFVM-B is a high-potential engine for digital-twin-driven, data-centric healthcare, provided it gains in distributed CPU architectures that help link organ-scale predictions to clinical outcomes.

Value Proposition:

Be the founding stone of an optimised virtual biopsy tool

Aplication areas:

Digital twins, drug treatment, drug repurposing, virutal clinical trials

Target market:

Pharmaceutical; Software as a medical device.

Technology Readiness Level (1-9): 4

Protection:

BSD 3-Clause License
