Description:
Type of asset:
Category:
Problem:
Design large simulation workflows that run either locally or on HPC clusters, with integrated analysis and visualization.
Solution:
You can configure remotes (ssh sessions) in which you can submit calculations. Later, you can design workflows which take advantage of the remotes you configured. Moreover, visualization of produced results can be done inside the app. Finally, the app provides an extensive API for users to build their custom flows, blocks and visualization extensions.
Aplication areas:
This application can be used in HPC environments to accelerate research and facilitate project developments.
Novelty:
User-friendly GUI, multi-platform and easy to use API for building custom extensions. Integrated molecular visualizer and advanced workflow designs such as branched flows and circular flows.
Protection:
Licensed to a company.
Target market:
Scientific groups, researchers, HPC companies, Pharma, etc.
