  • Process: 2-minute 1-on-1 screenings to identify high-potential candidates for immediate post-MWC follow-up.
  • Participants from BSC: One person representative of each department.
  • Objective: To efficiently screen a high volume of candidates in a face-to-face setting, saving weeks of traditional sourcing.
