Aquesta eina proporciona algorismes distribu\u00efts llestos per utilitzar, amb un fort enfocament en machine learning i, m\u00e9s recentment, en l\u2019entrenament distribu\u00eft de xarxes neuronals. El seu objectiu principal \u00e9s facilitar l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de fluxos de treball d\u2019anal\u00edtica de big data en plataformes distribu\u00efdes com cl\u00fasters, n\u00favols i supercomputadors. dislib est\u00e0 implementada sobre el model de programaci\u00f3 PyCOMPSs, el binding de Python de COMPSs.<\/p>\n<p>dislib es basa en una estructura de dades distribu\u00efda, el ds-array, que permet l\u2019execuci\u00f3 paral\u00b7lela i distribu\u00efda de m\u00e8todes de machine learning. La biblioteca est\u00e0 implementada com una aplicaci\u00f3 PyCOMPSs, on els m\u00e8todes es defineixen com a tasques i s\u2019executen transparentment en paral\u00b7lel. Com a resultat, els usuaris poden escriure scripts senzills en Python sense haver de gestionar els detalls de la paral\u00b7lelitzaci\u00f3, mitjan\u00e7ant una interf\u00edcie estretament alineada amb scikit-learn. dislib proporciona m\u00e8todes per a clustering, classificaci\u00f3, regressi\u00f3, descomposici\u00f3, selecci\u00f3 de models, entrenament de xarxes neuronals i gesti\u00f3 de dades.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la seva creaci\u00f3, dislib s\u2019ha aplicat en diversos casos d\u2019\u00fas reals, incloent-hi astrof\u00edsica (DBSCAN amb dades de la missi\u00f3 GAIA), fluxos de treball de din\u00e0mica molecular (Daura i PCA dins del BioExcel CoE) i m\u00faltiples aplicacions en el projecte eFlows4HPC, com computaci\u00f3 urgent per a riscos naturals, bessons digitals per a fabricaci\u00f3 i entrenament distribu\u00eft de xarxes neuronals. En el projecte AI-SPRINT tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha utilitzat per a atenci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria personalitzada en la detecci\u00f3 de fibril\u00b7laci\u00f3 auricular mitjan\u00e7ant models Random Forest.<\/p>\n<p>dislib 1.0.0 inclou refinaments addicionals, exemples actualitzats i una nova guia d\u2019usuari. La recerca desenvolupada per aquest equip es basa en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e8via del grup i l\u2019est\u00e9n cap als aspectes de computaci\u00f3 distribu\u00efda que poden beneficiar-se d\u2019aquesta experi\u00e8ncia.
